Trading and Portfolio Management (TPM) – 3 to 5 years – $9,000 per year
Description – TPM program helps develop core competencies in trading and portfolio management. Students will learn how to conduct portfolio performance and risk measurement and attribution and review trading and portfolio strategies for a variety of asset classes including fixed income, equity, and alternatives.
What you will learn – Associates will learn how to trade in the context of managing a portfolio. Associates will learn long and short trading portfolio strategies using equity, fixed income and alternative products.

Program Structure – The program structure consists of course study which is on your own time while meeting regular deadlines. Second, associates will be on investment projects either solely or on a team.
Grading – Grades are based on a collective performance. Associates will be graded on their school performance as well as their work duties. Associates are required to perform at a high degree. Failure in school and/or work duties will disqualify them from the program. The program disqualifies the bottom 10% of associates each quarter. New associates 1st quarter is exempt from disqualification.
