Investment Project Management/Consultants – 3 to 5 years – $15,000 per year

  • Description – Associates will learn and practice the complete trading cycle. They will be engaged from the front office, middle office and back office operations.  They will learn institutional and retail trading, compliance, risk management, performance analysis, and accounting, as well as, systems such as Blackrock Aladin, Charles River and SS&C PAM and Geneva.

Associates will learn how to develop and complete complex investment projects from beginning to end.  Ensure the goals and objectives of the project are met and deliver the desired business value.

  • Grading – Grades are based on a collective performance. Associates will be graded on their school performance as well as their work duties.  Associates are required to perform at a high degree. Failure in school and/or work duties will disqualify them from the program.  The program disqualifies the bottom 10% of associates each quarter.  New associates 1st quarter is exempt from disqualification.

Trading and Portfolio Management (TPM) – 3 to 5 years – $9,000 per year

  • Description – TPM program helps develop core competencies in trading and portfolio management. Students will learn how to conduct portfolio performance and risk measurement and attribution and review trading and portfolio strategies for a variety of asset classes including fixed income, equity, and alternatives.
  • What you will learn – Associates will learn how to trade in the context of managing a portfolio. Associates will learn long and short trading portfolio strategies using equity, fixed income and alternative products.

Corporate Finance and Business Development (CFBD) – 3 to 5 years – $11,000 per year

  • Description – The CFBD program develops the complete set of skills to succeed in the competitive world of corporate finance and business development. Associates will develop familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, learn how to value projects under conditions of uncertainty, acquire essential financial modeling skills, be able to assess the credit quality of companies and gain a thorough understanding of the financing process from target company identification to funding strategies and deal structuring.
  • What you will learn – Associates will learn how to put together a business plan, develop marketing and financial models. Associates will learn about business planning, financial management, and marketing business among different industries.

  • Description – Associates will learn personal and corporate financial modeling and forecasting. Learn how the cross functional understanding of taxes, finance, investment and forecasting.
