Investment Project Management/Consultants – 3 to 5 years – $15,000 per year
- Description – Associates will learn and practice the complete trading cycle. They will be engaged from the front office, middle office and back office operations. They will learn institutional and retail trading, compliance, risk management, performance analysis, and accounting, as well as, systems such as Blackrock Aladin, Charles River and SS&C PAM and Geneva.
Associates will learn how to develop and complete complex investment projects from beginning to end. Ensure the goals and objectives of the project are met and deliver the desired business value.

- Program Structure – The program structure consists of course study which is on your own time while meeting regular deadlines. Second, associates will be on investment projects either individually or on a team.
- Grading – Grades are based on a collective performance. Associates will be graded on their school performance as well as their work duties. Associates are required to perform at a high degree. Failure in school and/or work duties will disqualify them from the program. The program disqualifies the bottom 10% of associates each quarter. New associates 1st quarter is exempt from disqualification.
