Corporate Finance and Business Development (CFBD) – 3 to 5 years – $11,000 per year

  • Description – The CFBD program develops the complete set of skills to succeed in the competitive world of corporate finance and business development. Associates will develop familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, learn how to value projects under conditions of uncertainty, acquire essential financial modeling skills, be able to assess the credit quality of companies and gain a thorough understanding of the financing process from target company identification to funding strategies and deal structuring.
  • What you will learn – Associates will learn how to put together a business plan, develop marketing and financial models. Associates will learn about business planning, financial management, and marketing business among different industries.

  • Program Structure – The program structure consists of course study which is on your own time while meeting regular deadlines. Second, associates will be on projects either individually or on a team.
  • Grading – Grades are based on a collective performance. Associates will be graded on their school performance as well as their work duties.  Associates are required to perform at a high degree. Failure in school and/or work duties will disqualify them from the program.  The program disqualifies the bottom 10% of associates each quarter.  New associates 1st quarter is exempt from disqualification.
